At The 3D Crystal, we strive for excellence. If you're not satisfied, please review our return policy:

- Order Cancellation: Email the3dcrystals@gmail.com immediately. 20% customization fee applies if order is in progress.

- Product Returns: Valid for 30 days from delivery. Return item with note, order details, and original packaging. 20% customization fee applies to custom crystals.

- Refunds: Processed within a certain timeframe after inspection.

- Exchanges: Only for defective/damaged items. Email the3dcrystals@gmail.com.

- Shipping: Buyer responsible for return shipping costs.
